I lucked out again last week and only had to make dinner 3 times! We went to my mama's house one day, the county fair on another, and spent time at Lake Anna for the weekend. It was wonderful!
This week, I plan to make:
Chicken BLC's
Breaded Pork Chops w/ Mushroom Risotto
Crusted Haddock w/ Gnocci
Summer Cobb Salad
Easy Shrimp Dish (Good Earth boxed meal)
Chicken Wings (for the Redskins Game!)
And a TREAT:
Banana Bread! It's my first time, so I hope it turns out beautifully.

I LOVE banana bread! I will be making some this week too!
ReplyDelete@Sarah - GOOD! if i screw it up, i'll ask you what i did wrong :)
ReplyDeleteLOL Where did you get your recipe?
ReplyDeleteI haven't found the perfect one yet, so I'll probably beg my mama for hers.
ReplyDeleteI use the one in my Better Homes and Gardens CookBook. I figured out that the trick to mine is freezing the bananas a few days before i make it. And thawing them overnight before i start baking. That way they are easier to moosh and blend.
