Okay, so I made this tentative menu for you and we didn't go with it. Are you surprised? Me either. Of course, life happened again. Monday, we went to pick up my Explorer and that took way longer than I'd anticipated. Tuesday, I had class, so the boys had to fend for themselves. Wednesday & Thursday, it was just way too nice not to grill out!
Here's what we had on Wednesday - thanks to my love. He is a master griller!

All I had to do was rub some BBQ spice on the Chicken and Big Steve added some BBQ Sauce as a glaze. I made some Rice and mixed it together with some Veggies and it was that easy. Clean up was a BREEZE!
