You Will Need:
1 package Smoked Sausage (Hillshire Farm was used)
1 package Fettucini (Bertolli was used)
2 cups frozen Broccoli
1 tbsp Nutmeg
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Shredded Cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
S & P to taste
Boil Fettucini according to package, drain and return to sauce pan. Add Milk, Nutmeg, and Shredded Cheeses. Add S & P to taste.
Brown your Sausage in a skillet with just a touch of EVOO. I usually drain it just to get the extra grease off and return to pan and saute with frozen Broccoli until Broccoli is heated through.
Add your Fettucini mixture to the Sausage and Broccoli and BOOM, done. If desired, and I always desire more cheese, sprinkle Parmesan on top and serve!
