The Thursday Push!

That's basically how I feel on a daily basis.  Just add some books, Tye work, and it's me to a T!

It's actually a lot of fun - I know it makes me sound crazy and I do sometimes get so tired I can't really function (lol), but I love it.  Some days, I find myself complaining way too much and I remind myself that this is exactly what I've been wanting my whole life - a family to take care of.  Anyone who knows me can tell you that raising a child/children has been my heart's desire for many many years.

I live by the motto 'Do the best you can' because that's really all I can do, right?  So, I'm still learning that it's okay if all the clothes aren't put away before I go to bed because they'll definitely still be there tomorrow - because, contrary to Big Steve's beliefs, that little 'fairy' running around the house picking up after him and Little Steve doesn't exist.  Wouldn't that be great, though?  I might go into the fairy providing business; a lot of moms would totally bite that bait!

Last night, I was able to cross some things off my to do list, but the thing about to do lists is once you cross something off, something else magically appears.  Heh!

My granny told me last night that I am going to be so proud of myself when I finish school and am able to provide a great future for my family.  She always 'knows' I can do it - how does she know that?!  I love that woman.  My heart is about 1/4 allll granny.

It's a good life.  It's a crazy busy life, but it is SO good.

  1. I had to unfollow your old blog and follow again to get the new look to come up...who knows why. I know you'll be proud of yourself too, I only have myself to provide for and I feel accomplished after every class I finish, no matter how much I complain! We're blessed that we have the opportunities to do these things, to make our lives and the lives of those we are a part of, better in the future. Love you!
