Crab Meat Roll Ups

These were so delicious, but SO heavy.  Next time I make them, I will use much less butter.  I have to say, though, these really hit the spot.

I got the recipe from All Recipes  but forgot the Sesame Seeds, which was no big deal.  I used about 3/4 lb of butter instead of the full thing, but next time I think 1/2 lb will do fine.  I also used Fresh Crab Meat instead of canned Crab meat and used my food processor to mix it all together.

It was quite divine.  Serve it with a really light salad because it is ultra heavy.  The only thing missing the night I made it was a nice glass of wine.
