An Unplanned Target Trip is a Budget Buster!

My purchases aren't always totally planned.  I ran to Target last night to pick up a med. refill and thought I'd pick up some extra things for Little Steven's food stash at the sitter.  I didn't do horribly, but it could have been much better planned.
